The spacious and adjustable hood is designed to be compatible with a peaked helmet, providing a secure fit even in strong winds. The Alpine Fit minimizes extra fabric, preventing flapping or bunching while still allowing for dynamic movement, such as coiling ropes, carrying packs, or using axes. The hem drawcords and laminated cuffs are adjustable for layering and effectively block out rain, ensuring complete protection in wet weather. Additionally, the jacket features large pit zips for temperature regulation and moisture management during vigorous activities or in humid environments.
