Helly Hansen ICU Construction Pant Class 1 is a high quality fully certified Construction trouser with Class 1 visibility which means the total fluorescent area of the trousers, contrast and reflective fabrics are less than class 2 but they have all the same comfort functionality & fit. The ICU Construction Pants Class 1 are constructed with a mechanical 4-way stretch which is the perfect choice for the tradesmen in need of both visibility, comfort and protection against the elements without compromising on safety and being seen day or night.

The innovative Hi Vis design is used to add safety when working in low light and makes working overnight possible on some work sites. The Hi vis makes the most of any light and provides a strong contrast against most backgrounds in the dark whether natural or artificial light. The hanging pockets are constructed with a double lined bottom to increase durability, they also have a ruler pocket on the right side and a large cargo pocket on the left side allowing you to wear your tools to work.

EN ISO 20471:2013 Class 1 – HIGH VISIBILITY CLOTHING This standard specifies requirements for protective clothing capable of signalling the user’s presence visually. The standard intends to provide high visibility of the user under any light conditions by day and under illumination by vehicle headlights in the dark.
There are performance classes defined based on minimum areas of retroreflective and fluorescent materials, as well as garment design requirements. Class 1 has less Hi Vis coverage
