Wilson’s BBQ, one of the UK’s finest BBQ talents will be teaming up with Chuds BBQ for this special one-off event here at ProSmoke HQ!
Chuds BBQ – Pitmaster Bradley Robinson of Austin, TX has spent more than 10 years honing his craft of all things BBQ. Working at top BBQ restaurants in Austin, helping them to land a spot on the Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ restaurants in the state, Bradley’s knowledge and experience is a rarity outside of The Lone Star State.
We’re excited to have this opportunity to have him and for you to absorb all you can from him on the day! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity (unless you head over to Texas yourself, of course!)
Come and join us for a full day of cooking, learning how to prepare, season and cook Texas style BBQ.
On the day you’ll learn:
- How to trim, season and cook brisket, beef cheeks, pork ribs and turkey
- How to hand-make and smoke Texas style sausages from scratch
- How to perfect your cooks with pickles, sides and sauces
- The essentials of offset fire smoker management
- Key principles of cooking on every type of BBQ
- How to time your barbecues so everything is ready when you need it
The class is held at our HQ in Banbury, Oxfordshire and demonstrated on our 250-gallon Shirley fabrication smoker.
All the food cooked will be for eating at the end of the day.
Refreshments are provided free of charge and 10% discount (Excluding offset smokers) will be offered in our shop for all class attendees.
We are also aiming to get lots of special Chud merch to buy on the day.
