Made from a supportive, stretchy fabric, with half the panels and reduced seams compared to their predecessors, these low-key Belgian blue shorts, with their woven Castelli logo and Saddleback branding on the legs, are designed with a soft waist and gripper-free leg endings – painstakingly engineered to nonetheless hold the legs stationary while you’re riding.
The bib straps are designed to be as thin and airy as possible while still anchoring the shorts securely, being slender and made from loose mesh, with a reinforced yoke to keep them lying flat. They’re so light and efficient at moisture management that you’ll forget all about them.
The seat pad features a super smooth upper skincare layer, with progressive damping offered by the multi-density gel pads and double layered foam allowing you to ride in perfect comfort for as long as you want.
Finished with a handy mesh pocket at the back and reflective piping to enhance your low-light visibility, these bib shorts do everything well and give you the freedom to ride unhindered.
